The candidate must be 3 to 5 years experience in Star Hotel/ First Grade Restaurant/ Lounge Bar/ Club, Cooking experience in Indian/ Tandoori/Chinese/ Continental cuisines, A-La- Carte and Banquets, Cutting Non-Veg and Veg Items separately, Frying, Steaming, Preserving fine Items, FIFO, Freezer and Refrigerators  Cleaning, Gas Handling, Handling Kitchen Equipment’s, Sensitization and Hygiene process, Preparing Staff Food, knowledge of Food Safety process, KOT’s, Requisitions and balance stocks, hygiene and sanitization the department and working area, well grooming habit. The person having excellent etiquettes, manners and discipline are considered as additional important qualifications.

Language: Basic English and Nepali, ability to Speak, Read and Write,
