JOB PROFILE: The candidate must be 3 to 5 years experience in Star Hotel/ First Grade Restaurant/ Club/ Lounge Bar, basic knowledge of Indian/ Chinese/ Continental Cuisines Cutting Non-Veg and Veg Items separately, Frying, Steaming, Preserving fine Items, FIFO, Freezer and Refrigerators  Cleaning, Gas Handling, Handling Kitchen Equipment’s, Sensitization and Hygiene process, Preparing Staff Food, Food safety process, KOT’s, Requisitions and balance stocks, personal hygiene and grooming. The person having excellent etiquettes, manners and discipline are considered as additional important qualifications.

Language: Basic English and Nepali, ability to Read and Write,

Salary: as per the company’s standard.
