The candidate must be 3 to 5 years experience in Star Hotel/ Flight Kitchen/ First Grade Restaurant/ Lounge Bar/ Clubs as Executive Chef. Thorough knowledge of practical preparation of Indian, Chinese, Tandoori preparations, briefing and training to juniors, taking care for A-La- Carte and Bulk Cooking for Banquets, New Menu making, Producing new Chef special dishes, Costing control, daily balance, food safety process, waste management, kitchen and equipment’s hygiene, staff rota, Inventory, Strictly follow-up and implementing Company’s Rule, Regulations and System. Inter personal skills to motivate and develop the team. Knowledge of computer and hotel software. The person having excellent etiquettes, manners and discipline are considered as additional important qualifications.
Language: Fluent in English and Nepali (Speak, Read and Write)
Preferably: Bachelor in Hotel Management, however if the person only holding high experience as Executive Chef in the same require field can apply.
Salary: Negotiable, there is no constraint for the deserving candidate.
