Thoroughly organizing and monitoring for Cutting Non-Veg and Veg Items separately, Frying, Steaming, Preserving fine Items, FIFO, Freezer and Refrigerators Cleaning, Gas Handling, Handling Kitchen Equipment’s, Staff Food, KOT’s, Requisitions and balance stocks, Kitchen hygiene and sanitization entire area of department. well grooming habit. The person having excellent etiquettes, manners and discipline are considered as additional important qualifications.
Language: Basic English and Nepali, ability to Speak, Read and Write,
