JOB PROFILE: The candidate must be 2 to 3 years experience in Star Hotel, First Grade Restaurant, Lounge Bar, Clubs etc. well grooming habit, knowledge of hotel software, Good knowledge of Food and Beverage,  A- La Carte for Restaurant, Bar, Room Service,  Taking Orders for Food and Beverage, Up Selling, knowing service the correct items and timely on the table, Monitoring each Guest to Guest and each KOT to BOT, Billing  correctly, Set-up Tables. knowing Banquets, Conference and parties set up and to follow-up  F.P’s. day to day Mis-en place, Hygienic and to get ready side station, Guest relations, inter personal skills with co workers. The person having excellent etiquettes, manners and discipline are considered as additional important qualifications.

Language: Fluent in English and Nepali (Read, Write and Speak)

Preferably: 12th completed, however 10th with other qualified and good experienced can apply.
